Yay! Winter Break!

Today is the first day of WINTER BREAK. YAY!

It's Thursday which is weird, but school is always weird. But no school for three weeks! Almost three weeks. YAY! Except I have to do a book report for when I go back which sucks. Who wants to do homework on vacation? Teachers are dumb. I have to read a book by e.l.konisburg, or something. It's called THE MIXED UP FILES OF MRS BASIL E FRANKWEILER. It's really hard to spell the last part, so maybe I got it wrong. Everyone in my class has to read a book by someone who wrote it who lived in Florida and Mrs Koenisgburg lives in Ponte Vedra Beach! That's like twenty minutes from here! My friend Alicia is reading THE YEARLING. I think my book is better because it has mystery and stuff and it's not as long. But it still stinks that we have to read books over vacation!

Today I got up early and went outside to play and I rollerskated and pretended I was ice skating and it was fun except roller skates have four wheels so it's not the same. Then I came inside because it was really hot outside and I got to eat spinach and mushroom pizza ON THE COUCH while I watched a movie. It was called MEET THE ROBINSONS and it was really funny. It was weird that Wilbur was Lewis's son, though. And the villain was really funny - he had a binder that looked like a Lisa Frank binder, with a sparkly unicorn on the front. I don't think I'm going to let Keri watch it though because she'll go crazy about how the time traveling didn't make any sense. But I bet she'd like the part with the singing frogs. I just can't ever let her watch anything with time travel because she's so weird about it.

Sunday is Keri's sister's graduation from college but I can't go because the cars are too full so I'm going to my friend Alicia's house to spend the night. I'm so excited it's the first sleepover I'm going to that isn't at my house! It was so much fun with Kaya and Nora were here and we played games and ate popcorn and watched football! Me and Alicia, we're going to watch Christmas movies and make cookies and brownies and fudge lollies. It's going to be fun!

I got to help but Keri had to take a picture. This year we have a BIG tree instead of the tiny one from last year. It's also fake, which stinks because it doesn't smell. Who likes trees without tree-stink? (Keri, that's who! I told you she's a party pooper!)

There's already one present under the tree but I don't know who it's for because there isn't a tag. It's bigger then me so I can't look inside it either. I hope it's got a Jayne Cobb t-shirt in it. That's what I want for Giftmas this year!

It looks like this and has the BLUE SUN logo on it:

Only I want sleeves on mine and I don't want to have a cut on my chest that makes it all bloody. I hope I get a hat, too. I have my yellow one but it's not the same thing. And it's going to have sparkly stars on it so its definitely not the same thing!

Okay it's bedtime and Keri wants me to leave so she can play Kingdom of BORING again. That's all she does lately. BORING.

BYE.

I'm so bored! Keri's going to a wedding right now but she says I can't come too. She said it'd be boring but I've never been to a wedding before, so maybe it's not! And then she said that I'd have to get dressed up all fancy, and I wouldn't like it. I've dressed up fancy before! I can wear my red dress or my pink one, right? But then she said it's a grown-up thing and really dolls wouldn't have fun. I think she's lying. There's cake and ice cream and dancing at weddings, right? And lots of people to play with and talk to? I bet I'd like it!

But she wouldn't let me go, because she's a party pooper. She said she probably won't even stay very long - and the girl getting married is someone she's known for EIGHTEEN YEARS. Really! They were in kindergarten together, and then they worked together last year. I met her once. Her name's Jess or something.

Keri looked all funny getting ready, though. She never wears high heels or makeup, so it was funny watching her try to get her dress on while wearing the shoes and then she squinted in the mirror when she tried to put on mascara (except she missed and got a black streak all over her cheek and she had to start over!) And then she cursed a lot, but not stuff like "crackers" or "fudge monkeys" but real bad words because she had to put on a bra that held itself up without straps or anything and you could see it through her dress ebcause it was the wrong color.

Okay, maybe staying home from the wedding isn't so bad if I get to watch Keri get ready like that! It was A++++++ entertanement!

Wow, according to the blogger thing, my last post was 14 weeks ago! That's like five months! I think. How do you figure out weeks and months when some months have different amounts of weeks from other months?

Anyway, it's FOURTH OF JULY! I woke Keri up this morning by jumping on the bed and she tried to hit me to make me go away, but I wouldn't let her! Fourth of July is AWESOME. And do you know why? Because there's FIREWORKS and HOT DOGS and ICE CREAM and MORE FIREWORKS! Also, if this were the school year, there wouldn't be any school.

I tried to get Keri to go to the pool today because it's HOT but not as hot as last week which is good and then maybe we could go downtown to Metro Park and see the fireworks or maybe to the BEACH to see fireworks, but she told me she was going to spray me with glue and stick me on her mat-board! She's SUCH a party pooper!

Okay, she was reading over my shoulder just now and said that she isn't a party pooper, she just hates parties. WELL, ISN'T THAT WHAT A PARTY POOPER IS???? Oh and she says she had to go to work today at NINE A M and she had to work last night until TEN P M so she gets to be grumpy. Whatever! It's the day for celebrating our nation's revolt against King George and being all free and stuff. HOORAY. America is awesome!

I'm really glad it's sunshiney today! It's been raining and storming all week, and it's even more boring when it's raining because then I can't even play in the backyard. I'm also glad that I'm at Keri's house today! I stayed with her dad and stepmomma last weekend and there was this REALLY REALLY BAD thunderstorm on Sunday. It was sooo bad that the sky turned all black and it lightninged and thundered for at least an hour and a half. And Keri's dog Sport is NURROTIC! He kept going crazy because of the noise and lights and was trying to dig into the carpet to hide or something! He's so weird. Keri says he does the same thing at fireworks, so I'm glad I'm not there today!

Okay, it's almost time for HOT DOGS! I've got my new RED WHITE AND BLUE clothes on, so I'm all FOURTH OF JULY girl now!

Here's all the stuff I got for ST Nicholaus day and Giftmas and my birthday. I guess I have to do it since Keri won't because she's a lazy bum. Thank you everyone who sent me gifts and stuff!

I actually have a WHOLE SERIES of pictures for St Nicholaus day because Keri wanted a set to share with everyone on that message board, but I'm just going to post the ones with my stuff in it because no one wants to see me in my nightgown, right?

My shoe was inside Keri's shoe, because there was more room. I got an orange, a coloring book, a giant tin of cashews, a wooden puzzle cube, chocolate, and a toy car.

This is the puzzle cube all undone. It's fun to make weird shapes with it, but it can be hard to put back together! Also, my coloring book is Beauty and the Beast and it's like a big deck of cards with a special spot for crayons and a hook so Keri can attach it to her purse so I don't lose it when we go somewhere. It's pretty neat.

We were going to take a bunch of presents to the donation centers that day, but first we went by the post office and got a package with ANOTHER present for me. It's a really cool bumblebee key ring.

This is me when I got to see me presents in the morning, after Keri made me get dressed and do my hair and stuff. We had a really cool tree this year. Keri says that last year they had this really big tree with real lights and ornaments and stuff, but I like the small one better because it fits me.

Okay, this is me posing.

This is my stocking from Inky. Thank you Inky!!! I really like the paint set and the deck of cards.

I know we already saw this one, but I had to open it properly on Giftmas and it was stupid.

These are my presents from Keri, the other ones without paper are from Santa, even though I know that Keri is Santa anyways. But it's fun to pretend.

Ta da!!! My very own camera!!! And the SERENITY comic book!!!!!! When I get my own room, Keri said she'll make a poster of the Jayne Cobb picture for my wall. HOW COOL RIGHT??? Also she said she's sorry but they only had Ariel cameras. I guess that's okay, since it's digital, instead of the old fashioned kind with film like I had before.

Keri took this picture while I was opening up the big boxes she gave me. They're from American Girl, of course!

Two new dresses!!! I love the green one so much and I wore it for my birthday. I don't like the flowery one as much, but I need a dress like that for when we do historical re-enactments, and it's nicer than some of the others we saw. Now I just need a shift and stays and a pocket and kerchief and hat.

Now the Santa presents. I knew right away this wasn't an outfit. But I didn't know WHAT it was!

NEW BOOTS! I love these boots!!!

Another box had a typewriter with its own box for paper and corrective tape and stuff. I love making the return bar ding.

I haven't worn this dress or hat yet because I didn't like the ruffles too much. But I saw Inky wearing it with jeans so I'm maybe going to copy her. Anyway, I don't like wearing dresses for play much, so I've been waiting until we're doing something special. I really like the orange, though, and the yellow shoes are the ones I wear all the time now! I LOVE YELLOW

MORE YELLOW!!! I think this is a cool swimsuit. You can wear it to water parks and stuff and you don't have to worry about wearing coverups, so you don't get too hot!

Okay I'm posing with all my stuff again. I had a really good haul this giftmas!!!

I had to wait inside the house when Keri got home from work one day and then she let me go out on the porch and I had another big pile of stuff! So she made me pose for a picture to show it all off.

I picked out the colors for my hat all by myself. It's yellow and it has blue circles and a green kind of circle thing at the bottom. I think I look pretty good.

Inky sent me a birthday present, too! What a nice friend! I opened hers first since the ones Keri gave me weren't wrapped or anything.

She gave me two fishes, which is neat because now I have my very own pets!!! And since they're doll fishes, I don't have to worry about them dying if I don't feed them or if I take them out of water. And she also gave me a blue and yellow spinning top and a big hunk of yellow bubble gum and a RED ROBOT WHAT DANCES.

I'm sorry, Yoshimi, you can't battle this guy because he's MINE. You have to wind up the thing in his belly and then he really does dance it's so cool! I made him dance last night while Keri was sleeping and it woke her up and she freaked out it was so funny.

I got another box of cars from Keri. These are all based on Toy Story which is one of my favorite Disney movies because it's got space rangers and cowboys and toys that come to life just like me!

We've had a Buzz Lightyear figure for a long time. He hangs out with Kim Possible and everyone to try and keep Giant Rufus from stomping on the eiffel tower. But now I have another one to play with myself! AND AN EVIL EMPEROR ZURG!!! I like Rex and the little alien, too.

Keri took this picture when Buzz Lightyear was swooping down with his flight gear activated to save T Rex from Evil Emperor Zurg and his zombie alien minions.

Okay probably the best gift Keri gave me for my birthday is my VERY OWN BED. I didn't think I'd get one until this summer even though I've been asking for one since I got here, but she surprised me!!! I also got a Bitty Bear, but I don't know what happened to him in this picture.

Isn't it great? A bed all to myself and no one to share it with, I can stretch out all I like! I think I'm going to make Keri make me a yellow afghan for it. There's too much blue and green and not enough yellow! At least it's not pink or purple, though. EW.

Okay, that's all the pictures I have!

My birthday my birthday my birthday my birthday myyy biiirthdaaaaaayyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am ELEVEN years old now!!!! I hope I get good presents! I asked for: more cars, an ant farm, the Firefly dvds I still don't have, and my own watch. We'll see what Keri gets me!!! She's come home with shopping bags twice now in the last few days and she keeps going out to the family room to do stuff and not taking me with her! I bet she got things for me!!! Afterall, one bag is from the Disney Store and I LOVE Disney stuff, even if the other bag is from Aldo and she says they're her new shoes. But she can't buy shoes for herself without getting something for me, right??

Too bad she has to work the closing shift tomorrow afternoon and won't be home until eleven (that's how old I am!!!) at night. We're going to have my party on Friday instead. I picked out Fort Caroline so that's where we're going to go! We're going to have yellow cakes with chocolate frosting and sprinkles and fried chicken and macaroni and cheese and green beans and sweet tea for our picnic! (Okay, we're getting the food from Publix and KFC, but that's because Keri's been sick and doesn't think she can cook all that for us.) Keri's momma might even go with us! And if the weather's bad on Friday we can go on Saturday or Sunday because Keri has the WHOLE WEEKEND off to play with me and take me places!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MEEEEEEE!!!!!

11 DAYS TO MY 11th BIRTHDAY!

Keri and I have been playing at Virtual NES these last few days and it's so cool! I wish we had a Nintendo system - Keri told me that she had one when she was in high school, at least ten years after they came out (blah blah blah she makes it sound like she grew up walking in the snow uphill both ways to school before dawn or something). Anyway, she says it's more fun with a controller than with a keyboard. I bet it'd be easier for me to get the little Mario man to move!

Anyway, I have a story to tell you about my day!

Mini Kit, Mini Kaya, and I were playing Monster Truck Rallytm. Kaya and Kit had a lot of fun being part of the jump! This is when Blue Lightning was doing his triple flip jump. He got pretty high up in the air. The crowd cheered!

Hooray, he made it safely to the other side! Way to go Blue Lightning! Mini Kaya and Mini Kit breathed a sigh of relief that he didn't crash and burst the arena into flames.

Now it's Princess of Pain's turn to try the jump. It's her first time on a double-doll double-shoe one...can she make it over safely?

Oh no! The Princess wasn't going fast enough and crashed nose first into the end of the ramp! Luckily there are firefighters on hand to save Mini Kit and Mini Kaya and the arena from certain destruction...this time! (Only, I don't have a picture of it, okay? I didn't have any other dolls to play the part.)

Blue Lightning takes a victory lap around the arena to celebrate the difficult feat. Suddenly, Princess of Pain roars out from the other side of the ramp. What's going on??

Everybody rushes in close to see if they're going to crash, but luckily, Blue Lightning swerves in time and is saved. But where is the Princess going?

Is the Princess of Pain being a sore loser or what?! She's rolling out of the arena and far away from the site of her loss. But what's that over in the corner? Those boxes weren't there earlier! Someone must have brought them in while we were watching the Rally.

Let's push them out of the corner, to see what's inside... They've been opened and Keri's name is on the labels. Why'd she bring them out here? Must be a birthday surprise, so I don't find them in our room! Yay for me!

There's clothes and things in here! This top one looks like one of Josefina's camisas...

Yup, that's what it is! There's a pretty green skirt and red sash to go with it. So cool!

Let's see... there's also a new pair of jeans in the box, and a red and blue skirt and jumper set, with this hat. Who wears hats like this anymore? That fuzzball at the top probably makes you look funny. I hope Keri didn't really get it for me. That would suck. Maybe she's going to send it to someone else. We don't even need hats here!

The other box isn't as full. I don't know what these things are inside. They've got big labels saying KEMPER, though. Wonder what that is?

Hey, it's a wig! It's really heavy, for hair. Maybe I'm getting a costume box for my birthday - that'd be awfully neat! I like dressing up in olden day clothes, it's fun.

Here's me in the wig! It's really curly and a lot longer than my hair is. I think I look a bit like Marie Antoinette - only with brown hair instead of white! I read that the more white and powdery your wig was, the more aristocratic you were. Guess this means I'm a really poor peasant! This wig is almost black!

There's another wig in the box. It's almost the same color as Keri's hair. How weird! I bet I could put it on and we'd look just like twins.

It's really long hair! It doesn't go as good on my head, and it looks funny. I don't think I like this color as much, what do you say? But it'd be fun to wear it sometimes and have a long braid.

Oh well, that's all that was in the boxes. None of it's on my birthday list, but they're still pretty cool. I'll just have to be careful not to let Keri know I peeked...

There we go! Boxes are all folded up and pushed back into place. No one will ever know I touched them. Aren't I smart?

Now, where did Princess of Pain go, so we can get back to the Monster Truck Rallytm...?

Also, I have an LJ icon finally! YAY!

MOAR LOOT!!!!

Our secret santa package arrived the other day and we finally took the photos today and it was sooo dumb because I had to go slow so the pictures could actually take, and Keri kept making them fuzzy, but here I am!

We wanted to take them during the daytime, because it's easier to edit the photos to look nice then, but it was dusk and quickly getting darker. Oh well. Time to open presents!

I look absolutely adorable in this photo, don't I? I picked out the shirt myself from PeppermintSticks. It looks really good on me. I hate those flower barettes, but Keri put them in anyway. Said it was cute. Pfbbbt.

You don't like opening slowly, do you?

So let's get to the goods:

First thing I pulled out was this way awesome scarf. It's fuzzy and YELLOW and so pretty. Yellow is my top favorite color!

See how good yellow looks on me? This is another amazing picture. I'm so photogenic, everyone else is jealous, I'm sure. Okay, so, guess what that is! Keri was really excited about it, but I like my scarf more, because it's warm and YELLOW and fuzzy!

It's an AGP Messenger Bag! It's big enough to hold two of my race cars or Keri's carkeys or my art supplies. It's also way better than the bag that came with me from New York City. That blue thing was just plain EW.

This is a folder. The flower snaps on the front to keep it shut, so my papers don't fall out. And inside, there are two clear pockets to put things. I wish it were yellow, but it matches my messenger bag! Keri says it's actually an id holder, but I don't believe her.

We could hear this fishing game rattle whenever we moved the big package. Keri jumped up and down when she saw it and said "Oh oh oh oh oh, Beatrice! Oh man! I had one of these when I was little! OH MAN HOW AWESOME." She's so dumb. She's going to show me how to play, but it won't be as much fun as if I had someone else to play with. (At least I don't have to share my room.)

I think this is just for Keri. It's a Samantha locket - and Keri collects those kinds of things. But I might sneak it onto my bag, because it'll look cool. Too bad they never made a KAYA locket, right?

More AGP things! It's a notepad shaped like a t-shirt. Isn't that cool? And it's just for me! I can draw in it with my crayon set! And then I can stick my drawings into my portfolio! Our secret santa is WAY COOL to get everything matched like that.

AGP stickers! These are going to stay on the sheet, because we don't want to lose them. We don't live near an AGP, so we wouldn't be able to replace them. (Even though I think it'd be funny to stick one on Esmé's cover, or on Tuppy's dashboard.)

YAY, LOOT!!!

THANK YOU SECRET SANTA!!!!

(One day, I'm going to remind Keri to post about our Christmas haul. She's sooo much lazier than I am. I got a typewriter and a comicbook and some clothes and a digital camera and Inky sent me a stocking with playing cards and a bug toy and a paint set and other stuff, too!)

GIFTMAS NIGHT

I've been grounded all month because I accidently broke the wineglass and got chocolate all over my clothes on St Nicholaus Eve and I wasn't allowed to touch Esme-the-Laptop, but since it's today, my punishment is over. YAY!

Okay, so tonight is when "santa claus" comes to visit. Keri doesn't do Christmas and she hates Giftmas, too, except for the gimme part, because her family sucks. I was there when it happened today and it wasn't very nice, but Keri has to stop being such a wetrag. Christmas is great! We get all sorts of goodies and, okay, so there is a mailman in the family, right? FREE BAKED GOODS ALL MONTH. True story, 100%!

Sometimes the brownies have weird nuts on them and the cookies are gross, but they're FREE. And that means I can eat them. Some doctor office gave Keri's step dad a weird chocolate, and everyone laughed about it but wouldn't tell me why. They said it was a pill thing for adults and I shouldn't worry. But why would that be funny?

Anyway, "santa claus" (and I'm ELEVEN so I know the truth, okay? but that doesn't mean I can't get excited) is coming tonight so I have to make up the list so he knows what to leave me. We never do it in advance, because he already knows, right? Only isn't it kind of weird to have some fat guy reading your mind?

But here is my giftmas list so he doesn't forget:

1. Pet iguana. Those things are SO COOL. The only thing cooler is a cameleon and I would name it Rainbow because cameleons change color. But an iguana is better because they scare people! Keri says if I want a lizard that bad I can go out on our front walk and play godzilla and make all the lizards go running and capture one, but garden lizards are dumb.

2. Firefly boxed set. SOMEBODY didn't ask for it for me so I have to ask for it myself. I'm tired of having to borrow Keri's brother's set, and Serenity just isn't as good as the series, I don't care what she says! She did buy me the comic book, though I'm not supposed to know. Like it's that hard to hide her laptop from me when I'm sitting RIGHT NEXT TO HER.

3. A new star necklace. She promised me one, and then she said she lost it but I don't think she got it at all because she's cheap. And she said she got me a snowflake one, but then I saw her wearing it, so I think she lied to me.

4. a robe. I want a yellow one with bumblebee pockets. I'm tired of going around in my nightgown all day because Keri forgets to open my trunk for me to change my clothes. At least give me a robe! Some people don't care, but others of us have modesty, you know.

5. I want this mug http://www.cafepress.com/orisinal.3151647 but in my size because BUBBLE BEE is my favorite game ever. I like bees, did you know? It's because of my nickname BEA. MAKES SENSE, RITE?

6. MY OWN ROOM. Okay I know that's really expensive and Keri has to buy a car now because she wrecked her other one (she's a really bad driver. I make sure I always buckle my seatbelt when I'm riding with her) so I won't get one probably, but I need some privacy. A girl just can't be expected to share every single minute with someone else! It's just weird!

Okay I have pictures to share but I have to do it later because SOMEONE is too busy working on that shoe site. Shoes are dumb. Keri doesn't even like to wear them, but she is making a site about them.

I really need to get someone else here before I go crazy with her. She's already crazy, there don't need to be TWO OF US like that!!

BYE FOR NOW.

ME and SPORT-DOG

Yesterday the box came with my new glasses. I don't know why Keri bought them, because I'm not a nerdy four-eyes like she is. I bet she's doing that misery loves company thing. I don't believe her when she says she likes her glasses. I mean, they're RED. Who wears red glasses? Sooo tacky. She's probably going to make me wear those things for pictures and stuff, and I don't even need vishion correction.

Okay, I have to share the photos of Sport now, because I said I would and Keri wouldn't let me on the computer while she was sick, because she didn't want to spread jerms until she could clean everything first. Well, she's STILL sick, but not contagious or anything. I'm so tired of hearing her sniffle and snore because of it. I need some doll-sized earplugs!

Okay, this is when I first saw Sport. I thought, WHOA, bigger dog than I expected! He looks so small in the photos on Keri's desk and dresser.

He's pretty soft-looking, though, so I thought about giving him a hug. He's kind of weary looking, see? Maybe he's thinking "oh no, what is that doll doing? should I be here like this?"

Well, he didn't move, so I went in for the hug. Sport's such a sweet dog! Except he kept putting his nose all over me and I think he tried to eat my hair.

I'm not edible. I guess you knew that, but when Sport found out, he was all "Sigh. Just another person, er, doll to be obnoxious to me." He makes a nice cushion to lean on.

Yup, veeerrry comfy. Hmm, maybe I should have worried about dog hair on my clothes. I'm wearing dark jeans and a white jacket, afterall, and Keri made me wear my nice pink dress, well, it's a tunic. Too short for a dress.

Ack! No! Dog slobber!!!

Nah, he just wanted to sniff me again. I got out of there quick, though. I didn't want to be slobbered on. I think in this picture, he's hoping that the door opened or something. See, we were in the dog room which is also the laundry room, and he doesn't like hanging out there much 'cause there's not much to sniff or slobber on, except Lacey. Lacey doesn't like having her picture taken.

See? Sport got bored, so I sat down. We WERE having a staring contest, but he moves too quick for the camera to catch the good shots. Oh well. You can see Lacey's leg at the top of the shot there. She's smaller and white. She doesn't like me, so I guess I don't like her!

That's all for now. Don't expect to see a photo of me in the glasses because we're NOT DOING ONE. And if we do, it's UNDER DRESSED! Uhm, I mean under duress, I think. Maybe. STILL. UNDERDRESSED.

I'm in trouble (oops)

One of the cool things about having a livejournal instead of using Keri's blog is that I don't have to make my pictures go in time-order. Besides, I can tell the truth instead of what SHE says. (Unless I get edited.)

So tonight is halloween, but I'm not allowed to do anything because Keri's working and her momma and stepdad are out, so I have to hand out candy. You wouldn't believe how many kids came by! I was really starting to ache from having to jump up and down to reach the doorknob so I could give out the candy.

But then everyone went home and I decided to recuperate. This is how Keri found me:

Whatever she says, I was NOT RAIDING THE CANDY BOWL. HONEST! I was just checking to see how much was left. I know she likes Reese's best, and I wanted to save them for her.

Look at this face. Can you believe that someone as cute and sweet and HONEST as me would eat candy without permission? No, don't look at the chocolate smears. I SAID DON'T LOOK AT THE CHOCOLATE ON MY FACE.

GREAT. THE JIG IS UP. Well, actually, that's me being surprised when Keri told me I had chocolate on my face. "No way!" I said. "I haven't touched it. Any of it! At all! Not even when I opened the door and put it in the sacks. NOT EVEN THEN."

Keri took this photo to prove how few pieces of candy were left in the bowl. I promise, we just had a lot of kids come by, that's all!

Oops, I forgot about the wrappers on the table. BUT you can't use those to misalign me!!! (ed: Beatrice means 'malign,' I think) HOW DO YOU KNOW THEY AREN'T PICKED UP FROM THE FRONT WALK???

Okay, so I don't go out there. The lizards are scary. BUT STILL. INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.

HI! Keri finally cleaned out her old RPG journal for me, kind of. The icons don't match right, not yet. So you get a big picture of me in this entry instead! Does it look okay? I'm afraid I look like one of those eager beaver private school girls. :(

And I helped pick out the journal's look - Liz made it at thefulcrum. I'm going to make it yellow as soon as Keri shows me how, though, because my favorite colors are yellow and green. Which reminds me: why don't they make as many clothes for dolls in yellow and green?

Anyway, I guess I'm going to copy over the photostories that Keri puts up on her blog here, so that it's easier to find them for the LJ crowd - Keri says commenting is a pain, but That Board won't come to LJ so she had to copromise. I don't really care, 'cause I'm not really a computer person, except when I'm watching over Keri's shoulder, or visiting americangirl.com to play the games or add new clothes to our registry (but don't tell Keri - I keep hoping she won't see some of the listings I made and remove them before anyone else sees them).

I have my very own photostory to share soon. I used the timer and continuous photos function on Keri's camera. She's going to help me upload them, and then I'll post them. Her dog is really weird.
